One day workshop on ‘Need of Pragmatic English’ was organised by Department of English, under Lead College Scheme of Shivaji University (Devachand College, Arjunnagar Cluster). The Chief Guest of the workshop was Dr. Arati Nadgounda. Dr. Uttam Patil delivered the keynote address. Dr. Arjun Kumbhar and Prof. A. H. Pharne were the Resource Persons of the workshop. Principal Dr. N. L. Kadam delivered the presidential address.
