Library Rules

1. The library will be open daily from 8:00 am to 4:00pm
2. It is mandatory for Students to register their entry in the library software while entering in the library.
3. It is mandatory for students to have their library membership card and identity card with them while borrowing books. If the membership card is lost, a fine of Rs.10 will be imposed for a new membership card.
4. The validity of books given to students will be one week. A fine of Rs.1 per day will be levied on books returned late.
5. Students will be charged for any damaged to books, magazines, and other materials in the library.
6. If the books are damaged while taking them from the library, they should be brought to the attention of the librarian immediately; otherwise the responsibility will remain with the students.
7. Students and teachers who are leaving the college should deposit the books in their names before leaving the college.
8. Reference books, magazines, dailies and newspapers cannot be taken out of the library. If you need any of these information, you should get it photocopied with permission.
9. The library will remain closed on Sunday and other government holidays.
