Brief Description

Objective

• To provide the students up to date knowledge in the field of commerce and management.
• To impart the students with recent knowledge of Accounting, Banking, Insurance, Marketing and Management .
• To develop the managerial and entrepreneurial skills of the students.
• To make the students capable  to enter into jobs in the field of commerce and management at national and international level.
• To prepare the students to enter into the different  profession like banking, insurance, accounting etc.
• To enhance the knowledge of the students that indirectly contributes to self, development and also for national development.

The students of B.Com. at the time of graduation will be able to experience and exhibit.

• The knowledge of to the field of Commerce, Management Accounting, business & commerce.
• Awareness about changing micro and macroeconomic policies & its impact on economy.
• Knowledge of emerging opportunities in employment, and self-employment.
• Basic statistical skills necessary for the analysis of a range of problems in accounting, marketing, economics and management.
• Ability in computation of Income from salary, house property and business and profession of individuals and firms as per provisions of Income Tax.
• Analysis of basic problems in the society such as unemployment, poverty, reasons behind inflation.
• Understanding of modern management practices and its applicability with the help of latest laws governing business and commercial transactions.
• Understanding of Practical Banking operations.
• Development of organization and management skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
